Online Will Writer

Write your own will with our Online Will Writing Service

We have tried to make writing your will easy. This service is ideal for people who do not want a face to face consultation, it is a telephone and postal service only. All you need to do is answer the prompted questions about yourself, your family, your assets/possessions and what you would like to happen to them after you have passed away.

To speed up the process it would be advisable to have the following details to hand before you begin; have a look at the pre-appointment video

  • Your/Spouse or Partner details including place and date of birth

  • Property and all assets

  • Overseas property

  • Nominated executors

  • Children from a previous relationship if applicable

  • Guardians - should you have children under 18 years of age

  • Beneficiaries

  • Exclusions - people whom you wish to exclude in your will

  • Gifts

  • Pets

  • Funeral wishes i.e. Burial or Cremation

 What will I receive?

  • A thermally bound Legal Will

  • Copy of Will

  • Plain English Commentary

  • Clear Attestation instructions (signing and witnessing of your Will)

How Long will my Will take to complete?

Our online form should take approximately 15 minutes, depending on your individual circumstances.

We may suggest additional services such as Lasting Powers of Attorney or a Trust. However, no additional cost will be charged without written agreement by you.

How Much does it Cost?

Standard single Wills start from £168 and standard mirror Wills start from £242. Once you have completed the form we will check it and advise you on the best course of action to ensure your wishes are carried out.

How can I pay?

Payment for this service will be taken over the phone by a member of our legal team who will check your instruction. We will initially take 50% on instruction then the remaining balance on completion of your Will. We will call you once your will has been completed, usually 14 days. This is in accordance with the code of practice set out by the Society of Will Writers.  Payments can be made by credit or debit card
